The terms and conditions set forth on the KingofWords mobile application and the www.publive.me website are a legal agreement between KingofWords and users. These Terms of Service ("Terms") include our various websites, SMS, APIs, e-mail notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, advertisements, commerce services and any other material that links to our services (collectively, the “Services”) and any information, text, links, graphics, Photos, audio, videos or other materials or materials uploaded, downloaded or displayed on the Services. edits (collectively referred to as “Content”).

Services are offered via mobile application. A device compatible with the service is required to use the mobile application. Your internet connection should be full and fast, and your device's processor should be adequate.
KingofWords mobile application does not guarantee that it will be compatible with every mobile device.
Our services may not be available everywhere and may block access to services from certain locations based on your device's geolocation information. If you wish to use the services and register for an account with KingofWords, you must download the application to your mobile device.
You accept the KingofWords terms when you open and use the application.
2. Who Can Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with KingofWords and if you are not a person who is prohibited from receiving services under applicable jurisdiction laws and local, national and international jurisdiction laws applicable in the Republic of Turkey or other countries.
This app is suitable for all ages. However, to be able to play our games and use our Services, you must be over a certain age depending on where you live.
If you accept these Terms, you may only use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable local, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

In addition, you are liable to KingofWords for the amount of damages incurred for KingofWords due to the above actions and violation. As it would be inappropriate or extremely difficult to calculate actual damages due to making these violations, taking into account all current circumstances, including the relationship of this total to the reasonably foreseeable damage KingofWords would suffer, without prejudice to the right to indemnify all damages in case of violation of the Restrictions on Use of the Services. You agree that a value of up to $2,000.00 (or equivalent) per transaction is currently the minimum reasonable estimate of KingofWords' losses.
7.Your account
No password or password is needed to use the application and access the services. However, this feature may be added later and we will let you know.
8. Your License to Use the Services and KingofWords Property Rights
KingofWords grants you a worldwide personal, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the Services provided by KingofWords as permitted by these Terms.
The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the Republic of Turkey and other countries. Nothing in the Terms grants you any right to use the KingofWords name or KingofWords trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features and other proprietary rights. All rights, titles and interests in the Services (excluding User-provided Content), ie all proprietary rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of KingofWords and its licensors. KingofWords reserves the right to indemnify for damages and losses incurred by KingofWords if the user or someone else violates these terms.
9.Taxes and Commissions
If required by law in a country, it is your responsibility to determine the applicable taxes for personal payments you make or receive, and to collect, report and pay the tax to the relevant tax authority.
10. Control Law, Local Laws and Jurisdiction
KingofWords controls work with its services from its headquarters in the Republic of Turkey and may not be suitable or available for use in other places. If you are using outside the Republic of Turkey, you have a responsibility to follow applicable local laws.
In the event that these Terms and any transaction conflict with the provisions of law, the resolution of disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, regardless of your state or country of residence. You agree that Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts shall be the competent litigation authority for all claims, legal actions or lawsuits arising in connection with the Services, or any legal relationship.
11th Cycle
PubLive reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations under this Agreement at any time.
12. Integrity of the Contract
All terms stated, including KingofWords Services and Terms of Use, are the full and exclusive agreement between you and KingofWords / PubLive, and you agree that you accept and agree to all terms. PubLive may revise these terms from time to time and notify you as a PubLive update. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

PubLive assumes no liability for any loss resulting from any third party's content, unauthorized access or use.
We reserve the right to remove Content or permanently suspend the user account in violation of the User Agreement, such as copyright or trademark violations or misappropriation of intellectual property.
